OVERVIEW

Lead Our AI Platform Launch

We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect/SME to join our consultancy as we launch DispatchAngel, our AI-powered revenue optimization platform for home services businesses. This pivotal role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing leadership to drive product adoption while maintaining our consultancy's commitment to custom solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement & Education

  • Travel to customer sites (franchise networks, home services businesses) to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical deep-dives
  • Educate clients on DispatchAngel's AI-powered cancellation prediction, smart dispatch optimization, and revenue recovery features
  • Translate complex technical concepts (ML models, data integration, predictive analytics) into business value for operations managers and business owners
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer pain points around scheduling inefficiencies, cancellation rates, and technician utilization

Technical Leadership

  • Serve as the product SME for DispatchAngel platform and all modules
  • Design and present solution architectures integrating ServiceTitan, CRM systems, call center data, and marketing platforms
  • Create implementation roadmaps addressing data integration, API connections, and multi-tenant security requirements
  • Guide customers through the medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold data layers) and analytics capabilities

Pre-Sales & Implementation Support

  • Identify and document integration points, data requirements, and technical dependencies
  • Design proof-of-concepts demonstrating cancellation prediction accuracy and schedule optimization
  • Collaborate with customers to establish success metrics and ROI calculations
  • Address technical objections and architect solutions for complex customer environments

Product Development Partnership

  • Conduct QA/testing during customer demos to ensure product reliability
  • Design low fidelity frontend experiences and dashboards tailored to customer workflows
  • Provide feedback to product team on feature requirements and usability improvements
  • Identify patterns in customer needs to inform product roadmap
  • Balance product capabilities with custom consulting solutions

REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 12+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Proven track record in field service management, scheduling optimization, or related domains
  • Experience with AI/ML implementations in production environments
  • Background in SaaS product demonstrations and enterprise software sales cycles
  • Hands-on experience implementing solutions in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem

Technical Expertise - Microsoft Azure Stack

  • Deep expertise in Azure Data Platform: Azure Data Factory, Databricks Lakehouse, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions
  • Microsoft Integration & Analytics: Power BI development, Azure Communication Services, Azure Maps, Application Insights
  • Security & Governance: Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, Virtual Network configuration, Row-level security
  • API integrations with platforms like ServiceTitan, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
  • Experience with real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning models, and feature engineering
  • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures in Azure

Business Acumen

  • Ability to calculate and demonstrate ROI for technology investments
  • Understanding of home services industry operations and revenue optimization
  • Experience with franchise business models and multi-location deployments
  • Track record of translating technical capabilities into business value propositions
